About The Traveling Event Planner

We (Nina & Susanna) fell in love with event planning, weddings and travelLing when we first started working as a wedding & event planner on the island of Ibiza. After a while we both moved back to Amsterdam and started " The Travelling Wedding Planner" in 2018.

 

With TTWP we have created beautiful weddings and events in the past 6 years with our team of event planners. Because since 2022 we are no longer just the two of us but we are a TEAM! And we are so proud of this. We work together with experienced event planners and have a number of interns each season who assist us in organising all events.

 

Due to the many requests for styling projects and larger events, we decided to set up The Travelling Event Planner and focus more on creative events, styling, corporate events and even festivals. Besides events, we are also focussing on rentals. Over the years we have collecting many amazing items to brighten up your event styling.

Our working method?

During our first meeting we would like to get to know you better and vice versa. We believe that there is a perfect match for everyone who can bring your vision for an event to life. We will find out during this meeting and answer the first questions and see what we can do for each other. We will discuss the design and wishes for your event and from there determine what is needed to bring that vision to reality.
